New international English journals are scheduled by the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers. Articles are processed electronically from submission to publication by the editorial board. A chain of review processes is also made electronically between reviewers and author(s). Articles from all over the world are welcome and high-quality articles are encouraged.
